Angelica Reynolds, LMT
Angelica has been a therapeutic bodywork professional for over a decade. She is a nationally licensed massage and bodywork therapist since 2010 and was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Fl.
She was introduced to the health and wellness field in 2009 and continues to be an advocate for mind, body, and spirit connection.
She feels that in order for us to maintain “balance”, we must first create wellness from the inside out.
Angelica has trained at the Upledger Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and has taken advanced courses in
Cranio Sacral Therapy. Not only has that helped to enlighten and prove her theories, but it has opened a whole new level of passion for helping her clients that have conditions hindering them from receiving a traditional massage.

Angelica customizes each and every session based on your personal "wellness goals".
Massage therapy has always been so much more than just a physical treatment to her, she knows that by helping her clients to eliminate pain and discomfort, it is also helping to ensure their quality of life as well.
She has done various continuing education training programs focusing on orthopedic massage treatments for cervical conditions as well as treatments for the hips and lower back which is one of the top issues that she sees with her clients on a consistent basis. Angelica customizes every service to meet the individual needs of her clients.During an appointment, she performs a thorough and professional consultation gathering information along with the expectation of what the client hopes to benefit from the session.
She then comes up with the perfect protocol to achieve exactly what is necessary to have the client leave feeling relaxed, restored, and rejuvenated. The perfect amount of pressure is always applied to ensure the utmost comfort of the client at all times. She feels that communication is key when receiving therapeutic massage and will always “check in” to make sure they are comfortable.
Angelica has always been fascinated with how the body moves and works and has developed a passion towards kinesiology. In accumulation with her studies, she has also focused her energy on trigger point therapy. She feels that many clients suffer with trigger points without even realizing that they exist.
Angelica knows that not only is it her job to help her clients relieve their pain and discomfort, but she feels that educating them on setting up an individual wellness plan to achieve their utmost highest quality of life is her sole purpose.
While not at the studio, Angelica spends time with her family. She is a mom to three amazing children: Laina, Leo, and Lorelei. As a busy mom, she understands how important taking time for "self care" truly is.
